Shortly before the end of the year Magnus "Devo" Andersson pulls to put an end to his Engagement as bass player with the Swedish Black metallers MARDUK. On Sunday, the long-standing bass driver announced in a short Statement on the official Facebook channel of MARDUK his exit.Devo announced his exit
It says in the text:
"After a total of 17 years in MARDUK, 70 countries and nearly 900 performances, I have decided to leave the Band. I would like to focus more on my Studio. I wish, therefore, to the other members of MARDUK the best of luck in the future.“

MARDUK had only ended before Christmas, a short tour with ten dates in Scandinavia and the Baltic area, as well as on Saturday for a Gig in their hometown of Norrköping completed. Magnus "Devo" Andersson joined originally in 1992 as the guitarist with Sweden, and was already heard on the debut album "Dark Endless" from the same year. After the second album "Those Of The Unlight" he got out in 1994 and built his Endarker Studio. He was also heard in various Bands, such as CARDINAL SIN or his own Band over the flash. Ten years later, he returned the same time with vocalist Mortuus in the Band, but this time as a Bassist.
